Senior PR & Influence Manager (CDI) – Laboratoires Filorga Job Number #171069 – Paris, France Overview The Senior Global PR & Influence Manager will lead the global PR and influence strategy across the Filorga brand, driving brand awareness, advocacy, and co‑creation with local markets. Responsibilities Define, document, and implement comprehensive global PR and influence strategies, including UGC volume and quality. Design and manage a strategic product seeding and gifting program that maximizes ROI, with clear tier definitions for influencers. Collaborate with local markets to co‑create and localise global concepts, ensuring relevance and creative impact. Act as the central point of contact for cross‑functional coordination, facilitating feedback loops between marketing teams, local PR leads, and the global agency. Develop toolkits and assets for 360° PR & influence, allowing local adaptation and creative freedom. Oversee external agency relationships, briefing, budget, and performance to meet the global roadmap. Consolidate global reports on coverage and influencer performance, focusing on UGC growth and seeding effectiveness. Qualifications 6–7+ years of experience in public relations and influencer marketing, ideally within beauty or skincare. Proven track record in a global or multi‑market role with strong collaboration across diverse local teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. Reporting & Location Reports directly to the Head of Global Communications. Temporary office in 8th arrondissement, Paris until July 2026; thereafter relocation to Colombes. Office presence required 4 days a week (Monday‑Thursday). Performance Metrics Successful deployment of co‑developed initiatives. Measurable increase in UGC volume and engagement. Effectiveness of the seeding strategy (conversion from gift to post). Positive stakeholder feedback on collaboration and partnership. Clarity and consistency of global PR/influence reporting.
