🎯 Contexte Une startup en pleine expansion, qui développe une marketplace innovante et haut-trafic autour de la gestion d’inventaires, du scan en temps réel et de transactions sécurisées. L’ambition : scaler la plateforme pour absorber plusieurs millions de requêtes quotidiennes dans les 24 prochains mois. L’équipe recherche un Senior Backend Engineer capable de prendre un rôle structurant dans l’architecture, la performance et les choix technologiques. Stack Technique ● Backend : Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS ● Base de données : MongoDB, optimisation avancée, indexation, performance ● Cloud : AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch…) ● Messaging / streaming : Kafka (ou équivalent) ● DevOps : GitLab CI/CD, Docker, monitoring & observabilité ● Frontend (bonus) : React, Next.js 🎯 Missions ● Concevoir, développer et optimiser l’architecture backend pour une plateforme à très fort trafic. ● Livrer des fonctionnalités complexes (scan en temps réel, inventaire scalable, matching d’échanges…). ● Intégrer un PSP et un système de wallet sécurisé. ● Définir et mettre en place des stratégies de scalabilité, performance et réduction des coûts. ● Renforcer la sécurité du produit, notamment sur les aspects KYC. ● Structurer et améliorer les pipelines CI/CD avec l’équipe DevOps. ● Participer aux décisions techniques globales et challenger les choix existants. ● Collaborer avec le Product, le Frontend et l’IA pour faire évoluer le produit. Profil Recherché ● + 10 ans d’expérience en développement backend. ● Maîtrise reconnue : Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, MongoDB, AWS. ● Expérience solide sur des systèmes haute performance / haute charge. ● Connaissances des architectures distribuées et microservices. ● Capacité à optimiser le code, la DB et l’infrastructure. ● Aisance à travailler dans une équipe dynamique et en évolution rapide. ● Esprit “ownership”, autonomie, leadership technique naturel.
