We’re looking for a Digital Platform Manager in Marcy l'étoile to take ownership of our global knowledge platforms ensuring they’re designed, built, and run to directly support our Customer Service goals. As a functional expert within the Knowledge Management team, you’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions: defining requirements, shaping strategy, and guiding platform evolution to deliver value across our global operations. You’ll work closely with IT and cross‑functional teams to make sure our platforms integrate seamlessly with business processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and user experience. This role combines strategic leadership with practical, hands‑on involvement in maintaining and enhancing the existing environment. What will be your missions ? Lead the strategic design, development, and governance of our digital knowledge & learning platforms. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and priorities. Collaborate across teams to ensure platforms align with customer service workflows and objectives. Champion platform improvements, adoption, and operational excellence. Provide hands‑on technical support and maintenance using SQL and PHP. Support end users. Who are you? Bachelor’s degree in IT or Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in leading functional projects, defining business requirements, and managing digital platforms or LMS. Proven ability to drive initiatives, translate complex business challenges into clear functional specifications. Leadership & stakeholder engagement: proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management and stakeholder engagement. Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required to engage diverse stakeholders. SQL & PHP for platform maintenance and support.
