Program Overview The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15‑week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. Permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set. About Global Markets Global Markets business is comprised of the world’s leading securities and derivatives sales, trading and research groups. Who We Look For Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. Relevant experience for the line of business and the ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners, establishing strong working relationships, is a crucial requirement. Trading (voice, electronic, algorithmic trading, etc.) Structuring (various asset classes) Sales (various asset classes) Research (Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Economic Research) Digital Markets (Digital Product Management) Prime Brokerage and Clearing Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the above businesses are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Eligibility to work in the UK is required. We will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non‑for‑profit, part‑time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
