Headquartered inParis, France, SBS continues to shape the future of finance through technology.For more information, we invite you to our corporate website: www.sbs-software.comJob DescriptionAs Senior Demand Generation Manager - Paid Media, you will own the execution and optimization of SBS paid acquisition.You will work closely with the Demand Generation Lead, to ensure SBS is visible, relevant, and competitive where decision-makers actively search for banking and fintech solutions.This is a hands-on role with strong ownership over platforms, performance, and continuous optimization.ResponsibilitiesPaid & Owned MediaManage and optimize paid media campaigns across:Google SearchLinkedIn AdsRetargetingFunnel & Conversion OptimizationOptimize landing pages, forms, and acquisition flows in collaboration with Digital Marketing & Ops.Test messaging, formats, and offers to improve conversion quality.Identify and address friction points in the acquisition funnel.Performance & ReportingTrack and analyze acquisition performance at channel and geo level.Share insights and recommendations with the Demand Generation Lead.Contribute to continuous improvement of demand generation programs.Actively explore and test new acquisition tools and platforms, such as:Intent data and ABM solutions (e.g. Demandbase)Emerging paid or AI-driven discovery channelsBring structured learnings and recommendations to the Demand Generation Team.Qualifications3–6 years of experience in demand generation, paid media, or performance marketingGoogle Ads (Search)LinkedIn AdsCuriosity and eagerness to continuously discover and test new acquisition tools and platformsStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionsNice to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technologyExposure to long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeysExperience with intent data and ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase)Used Gen AI tools natively in day-to-day marketing workflowsFamiliarity with nurturing practices and emailing workflowsAdditional InformationSBS Offers:Adynamic, fast-paced, and stimulating work environmentthat encourages innovation and growth.Anopen and inclusive culturewith ample opportunities forpersonal and professional development.The chance to be part of arecognized market leaderwithin aninternational and multicultural organization.Anattractive compensation package, including acompetitive salary, aperformance-based variable bonus, and a range ofextra-legal benefits.Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr
