The Role Veeva Link is on a mission to transform how the life sciences industry connects with the healthcare community to drive better outcomes for patients. Our portfolio spans the entire product lifecycle, from our industry‑leading KOL platform to cutting‑edge tools that redefine how pharma captures and acts on real‑world insights. As part of the Link Strategy Team, you will be the "glue" between Product, Sales, and Services. You won't just support the business; you will define the market‑facing vision that ensures our products deliver measurable value to the industry. What You'll Do Fully own and communicate the go‑to‑market strategy for the Veeva Link suite across your customer segment Translate market dynamics into actionable insights for the Product Management team Represent Veeva at industry conferences to drive brand authority and market expansion Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic account plans, renewals, and product expansion Identify and solve for customer priorities through tailored Veeva Link solutions Lead end‑to‑end change management to ensure sustained adoption of software and data ecosystems Head internal initiatives to refine go‑to‑market approaches and boost team performance Create the blueprint for customer success by defining and sharing industry‑leading standards Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or startup role with a focus on Life Sciences Experience with the pharmaceutical industry, particularly medical, commercial, and data functions Proven ability to influence and manage executive‑level customers and stakeholders Ability to map and influence the "invisible" decision‑makers in complex, global Life Sciences organizations Strong and effective communicator, capable of writing and speaking clearly with confidence Strong track record translating customer needs into product innovation and solutions Demonstrated experience in project management, working cross‑functionally, and collaborating with peers Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company‑paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
