Its proprietary architecture delivers outstanding efficiency, ultra-low latency, and reduced power consumption. The company designs fully programmable AI accelerator chips and develops server-class reference platforms. Key points of the position As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end development of very high-complexity electronic boards integrating AI accelerator chipsets for server environments. Your Missions Will Include Defining the architecture of complex electronic boards, with a strong focus on power management and PDN performance for high-current AI accelerators Designing schematics and selecting components, supported by pre-layout simulations Driving and reviewing outsourced PCB layout activities for very high layer-count boards (typically well above 16 layers), including constraint definition, stack-up strategy, and high-speed routing reviews Managing technical interactions with PCB and PCBA suppliers Performing or supervising Power Integrity (PI) simulations to validate IR drop, impedance profiles, and PDN targets Performing Signal Integrity (SI) simulations for high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen5 Setting up laboratory environments for board bring-up, debugging, and electronic validation Owning the complete hardware lifecycle from concept to validated reference designs Necessary Skills Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field At least 8 years of experience in hardware design and electronic board development Strong expertise in very high-density, very high layer-count PCB designs (typically >16 layers) Proven hands‑on experience with board bring‑up and hardware debugging Solid experience with high-speed interfaces and power delivery networks for high-power ASICs or FPGAs Experience with SI/PI analysis using industry-standard tools is a strong plus Fluent English is mandatory Salary 65–80k euros gross annual About RHESO.TECH A Specialized Recruitment Agency https://www.rheso.tech/ #J-18808-Ljbffr
