In This Role You Will Lead analysis to support carbon‑free energy transactions, investment, and market development opportunities Assess and translate competition, industry trends, emerging challenges, and changes in the marketplace into structuring strategies Develop ad‑hoc analysis to assist in the negotiation of transaction structuring Create, streamline, and manage the data, processes, and tools associated with the client’s portfolios of data center and carbon‑free energy We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience Have 2+ years’ work experience in a related role (for example: structuring wholesale energy market business, contract management, carbon‑free energy portfolio analysis management, project finance, M&A asset management, commercial operations, etc.) Demonstrate problem‑solving and analytical skills Possess excellent cross‑functional collaboration and an ability to coordinate effectively with energy experts and non‑experts Demonstrate project management and reporting experience Preferred Qualifications Have a Masters in a quantitative field; wholesale electricity markets and structuring experience in multiple regions globally Have experience in programming and building quantitative models that leverage SQL based queries to convert data into business insights Have experience in programming and building quantitative models (including statistical techniques) Possess SQL based queries to convert data into business insights All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
