She/he is accountable for delivering accurate forecasts and financial plans related to orders, sales, and overall profitability at Zone level, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with the Ultrasound International Finance Manager andraak the zone general managers. Job Responsibilities Partner with Zone/LCT Segment GMs to support driving operating performance within the segment Coordinate with the zone finance teams to provide centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial & operational productivity metrics. Drive operating forecasts maintaining Sales to Contribution Margin models for Ultrasound segment. Coordinate with the International segment finance team to ensure alignment on strategy, provide visibility on execution & performance, and secure support needed. Establish and maintain a financial measurement and(servicing) reporting system, which provides management with appropriate information and counsel. Responsible for closing activities supporting LCT finance managers to ensure accurate reporting. Reconcile Ultrasound Care Area reporting with International FP&A team and Ultrasound segment team to align commercial performance across the region Provide financial analysis and insight in support of business decision making needs, including evaluation of major risks and opportunities. Responsabilités Du Poste Collaborer avec les Directeurs Généraux de Segment de la Zone/LCT afin de soutenir l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle au sein du segment. Piloter les prévisions opérationnelles en maintenant les modèles allant des ventes à la marge sur contribution pour le segment Ultrasound. Coord-Allow avec l’équipe financière internationale du segment afin d’assurer l’alignement sur la stratégie, de fournir une visibilité sur l’exécution et la performance, et d’obtenir le soutien nécessaire. Mettre en place et maintenir un système de mesure et de reporting financier permettant de fournir à la direction des informations pertinentes et des recommandations. Responsable des activités de clôture en appui aux responsables financiers LCT afin de garantir un reporting précis. Réconcilier le reporting du Care Area Ultrasound avec l’équipe FP&A International et l’équipe du segment Ultrasound afin d’aligner la performance commerciale à l’échelle de la région. Fournir des analyses financières et des éclairages permettant de soutenir les prises de décision, y compris l’évaluation des principaux risques et opportunités. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other numeracy-based topic and confirmed financial work experience; Strong knowledge of GEHC financial, commercial and service operating systems Strong financial and accounting background Ability to manage and interpret financial data and product metrics. Budgeting and Forecasting: Proficiency in creating accurate budgets and forecasts. Variance Analysis:=text Ability to analyze deviations from expected financial performance.
