Vous serez le **garant technique des solutions IT**, dans un environnement où les infrastructures doivent **s’intégrer et interagir avec les systèmes OT**.Vous couvrirez les aspects **architecture, intégration, performance et sécurité** et jouerez un rôle clé dans l’orientation technique des projets stratégiques. Vous guiderez les équipes techniques, accompagnerez leur montée en compétences et assurerez la cohérence, la conformité et la résilience de nos environnements numériques.### Ce que vous ferez* Garantir la performance, la sécurité et la disponibilité des **infrastructures IT** (systèmes, réseaux, Cloud, télécom).* Définir les **orientations techniques** des projets IT et applicatifs, établir les spécifications en collaboration avec les équipes.* Être le **référent technique** et accompagner la mise en œuvre des projets, en pilotant les décisions d’architecture et de conception.* Encadrer techniquement les équipes et accompagner la **montée en compétences** des administrateurs et ingénieurs.* Définir et appliquer les **bonnes pratiques techniques**, assurer la documentation et la maintenabilité des solutions.* Collaborer avec les équipes **Sécurité** pour garantir la conformité (incl. You will be the **technical guarantor of IT solutions**, in an environment where infrastructures must **integrate and interact with OT systems**.Your scope will cover **architecture, integration, performance, and security**, and you will play a key role in defining the technical directions of strategic projects. You will guide technical teams, foster their growth, and ensure coherence, compliance, and resilience of our digital environments.### What You’ll Do* Ensure the performance, security, and availability of **IT infrastructures** (systems, networks, Cloud, telecom).* Define **technical orientations** of IT and application projects, and establish specifications with teams.* Act as the **technical reference**, supporting implementation and leading architecture and design decisions.* Provide technical guidance and foster the **skills development** of administrators and engineers.* Define and enforce **technical best practices**, ensure documentation and maintainability of solutions.* Collaborate with **Security teams** to guarantee compliance (incl.
