What You'll Do
- Understand and challenge business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular and detailed reports to the IT & Digital team.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methods, enhancing efficiency and deliverable quality.
Who You Are
- Master's degree in IT, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical IT projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated process industry.
- Proven expertise in managing projects, resources, and budgets.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across functions in an international context.
- Strong team player, comfortable in multicultural environments.
- Fluent English is essential.
