Key Accountabilities Monitor and follow up on incidents reported to the IT department. Implement and ensure compliance with the IT security policy, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality. Be in direct contact with hotel guests. Be in direct contact with support teams in France and abroad. Manage IT projects (planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery). Lead and supervise an IT team. Ensure compliance with and follow‑up of IT checklists imposed by headquarters. Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure with the support of the IT team. Administrate systems and networks, including the Wi‑Fi infrastructure. Qualifications 2 years of management experience. Initial training: BTS Computer Science. Knowledge of Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Networking, Active Directory, Exchange, VEEAM. Strong sense of confidentiality. Team spirit.
