Join us to redefine what is possibleYour RoleAs an IT Operations specialist on our team, you will enhance our monitoring and analytics solution to meet the needs of Ops & Support teams using Grafana.ResponsibilitiesImplement monitoring solutions based on security audit findings (WAF, HTTPS/TLS, etc.).Gather requirements from Ops & Support teams.Develop dashboards and visualizations in Grafana for infrastructure metrics; if unfamiliar, an initial self‑learning period will be required.Structure and refine deliverables for consistency and attractiveness.Present results and communicate with Ops & Support teams.Improve documentation for each disaster recovery procedure.Participate in various projects related to Grafana upgrades (v12), predictive alerting, automated deployment pipelines, consistency checks, outlier detection, etc.QualificationsStudent at an engineering school or university pursuing an IT master’s degree.Proficiency in cloud architectures and Grafana.Appetite for solution design.Technical curiosity and analytical ability to develop new solutions.Team spirit and ability to work on complex projects.Fluent in English and French (spoken & written).
