**LIEU DE MISSION : Créteil (94)**

**TELETRAVAIL : 2 JOURS / SEMAINE (3 jours sur site)**

**DUREE DE MISSION : Début août 2025 jusqu’à 31/12/2026**

Dans le cadre d’un projet de grande envergure, nous recherchons un Project Manager Proxy avec au moins 7 années d'expérience dans la gestion de projets IT, pour assurer le lien entre les équipes locales (France) et un centre offshoring basé en Asie.

Le consultant aura pour rôles et missions les activités suivantes:

- Faire le lien fonctionnel et opérationnel entre les équipes projet en France et l’équipe technique offshore (Asie)
- Coordonner les échanges entre les Product Owners et les équipes de développement
- Piloter les projets de transformation digitale en environnement multi-technologique
- Assurer la planification, le suivi des développements, le reporting d’avancement et la qualité des livrables
- Participer activement aux comités projet, aux rituels agiles et aux instances de pilotage
- Contribuer à la résolution des incidents et problématiques opérationnelles

**Compétences techniques appréciées**

Environnement Cloud AWS : SNS, SQS, IAM, EC2, EKS, Lambda
- Gestion de projet Agile, Jira, Confluence
- Suivi de la qualité et de la performance (Monitoring, Logging, Dashboards, KPIs)
- Connaissances en DevOps, CI/CD, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, OpenTelemetry
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de visualisation (Power BI, Grafana...)
- Bonne compréhension des architectures distribuées et microservices

**Langues**:

- Anglais : obligatoire (niveau conversationnel requis pour échanges avec l’international)
