En tant que Field Inventory Specialist, vous serez un acteur essentiel de la bonne gestion des dispositifs médicaux sur le terrain. Vous travaillerez au cœur des hôpitaux, en contact direct avec les équipes médicales et commerciales, tout en évoluant dans une entreprise reconnue pour l’excellence de ses produits et de ses pratiques. Ce poste nécessite une grande appétence pour les déplacements.Vos missions principalesRéaliser des inventaires complets sur sites hospitaliers, incluant implants stériles, non stériles et kitsConstruire un plan annuel d’inventaire optimisé en collaboration avec votre manager pour garantir une couverture efficace de votre régionOrganiser et coordonner les rendez-vous avec les hôpitaux et les équipes commerciales Stryker afin d’assurer une exécution fluide des opérationsAnalyser les écarts d’inventaire, identifier les causes, proposer des actions correctives et les valider avec les interlocuteurs internes et externesRéaliser les ajustements d’inventaire et fournir des rapports clairs et précis aux clients ainsi qu’aux équipes commercialesDétecter des opportunités d’optimisation des stocks (réduction des excès, amélioration des rotations, gestion des dates d’expiration) et recommander des pistes d’améliorationGarantir la conformité réglementaireReprésenter Stryker avec professionnalisme, en développant des relations de confiance durables et en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus internes ; participation au soutien et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateursVotre profil : Compétences essentielles Expérience confirmée en gestion ou comptage d’inventaire dans le milieu hospitalier ou médicalMaîtrise avancée de Microsoft Office et d’un ERP, idéalement Oracle ou système similaireAutonomie, organisation et capacité à gérer des tournées terrain avec rigueur et sens des prioritésGrande flexibilité pour les déplacements fréquents sur le terrain (environ 80 % du temps sur le quart de France)Aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et capacité à représenter une entreprise internationaleUn bon niveau d'anglais (au moins B1-B2)Compétences préférées Diplôme supérieur en logistique, supply chain, gestion ou domaine similaireConnaissance des environnements stériles, des flux hospitaliers ou de la gestion d’actifs à forte criticitéProactivité, esprit d’initiative et capacité à créer des partenariats solidesRejoindre Stryker, c’est contribuer directement à la qualité des soins et à la sécurité des patients.Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
