Personal Brand Ambassador - 🇫🇷 French Fluent Part-time / contract position, carried out from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon, or from the comfort of your own location. French and English fluency are required. Your Mission As our Personal Brand Ambassador, you will become the storyteller-in-chief for Paradox — elevating our voice, growing an audience of passionate followers, and expanding our impact through personal brand content that matters. You’ll be the creative engine behind short-form videos that feel native, authentic, and hard to ignore. This role is for a builder: a digital storyteller with a camera-facing presence, a creative eye, and a social-first mindset focused on what actually works online. Our inspiration comes from brands like Apple, Nike, Spotify, and Disney for their obsession with excellence and building experiences that resonate globally. Responsibilities CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENTBuild a full content pipeline (from ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Turn thoughts into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains, and aligns with our values and voice. Develop your on-camera presence to be charismatic, confident, and authentic to our brand. ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKSReview performance data weekly; iterate and build on content that resonates, converts, and drives real engagement. Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence; your KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility. Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies considering growth factors and trends. BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITYEngage with followers, respond to comments, join conversations, and shape culture. Source testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content. Identify strategic voices for collaboration (guests, co-creators, future ambassadors). Become a trusted, authentic presence in spaces where our audience lives and grows. Qualifications You are obsessed with social media and storytelling; you understand what makes content feel human and engaging. You are fluent in French and English. You have experience creating content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and a track record you can show. You can write, script, edit, and repurpose ideas into multiple formats. You work fast, thrive in feedback-heavy environments, and care about building a human, modern brand. You are comfortable working remotely or from a decentralized setup and are motivated by our mission.
