Senior Project Manager – Arabelle Solutions Arabelle Solutions, part of EDF Group, designs and delivers reliable equipment and technologies for nuclear power plants. With more than 60 years of experience, our New Build portfolio covers turbines, pumps, generators, heat exchangers, and control systems for all reactor types, from large-scale units to SMRs. As part of a strategic contract with Sizewell C (two EPR nuclear units), we are looking for Senior Project Managers to oversee the following scopes: Steam Turbine Steam Turbine Auxiliaries (ST MSD) Heat Exchangers Pump Skids Automation & Control Systems Electrical & Instrumentation Balance of Plant (BOP) Mechanical Skids and Other Equipment Valves & Piping From engineering to on‑site delivery, each scope includes design, manufacturing, testing, logistics and contract follow‑up. Senior Project Managers will work closely with suppliers and project support functions such as planning, quality/inspection, and contract management to drive successful execution. Key Responsibilities Ensure contractual compliance by monitoring commercial clauses, quality assurance, scope of supply, delivery conditions and responsibilities during the warranty period. Act as the main interface with the client: prepare progress reports, lead technical and commercial negotiations, organize audits and inspections, draft contractual correspondence and manage claims. Coordinate internal teams (engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, contract management) by anticipating resource needs, conducting regular field follow‑ups and promoting a healthy and safe working environment. Drive the project using effective monitoring tools, resolve bottlenecks, manage the budget rigorously and provide quarterly reporting including risk and opportunity analysis. Ensure equipment compliance with contractual requirements, technical standards, internal rules and export control regulations. Maintain the link between execution teams and the project: actively participate in meetings, develop and implement procedures, share lessons learned and support construction and commissioning phases. Profile • At least 5 years of project management experience in the nuclear engineering sector.• Solid knowledge of the product lifecycle (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) for turbines, generators, heat exchangers and BOP.• Good understanding of turbine hall systems, ideally within nuclear islands, gained through project management, engineering, quality or commercial roles.• Strong analytical and synthesis skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.• Proficient in English (C1 required).
