Contexte : Rejoignez une fintech rentable, sans levée de fonds, qui accompagne avec sa plateforme SaaS les plus grands acteurs bancaires et assurantiels européens (banques traditionnelles, néobanques, constructeurs auto...). Rattaché(e) au Chief Product Officer, vous intégrez le pôle Stratégie aux côtés du département Produit. Missions Clés : Structurer la stratégie produit, marketing et business en lien direct avec le CPO. Identifier les ruptures marché et cadrer les expérimentations innovantes. Construire les narratifs Go-to-Market et valoriser les nouvelles fonctionnalités. Produire des analyses et supports à destination des C-levels clients et partenaires. Gérer les relations fournisseurs stratégiques, en autonomie dès les premiers mois. Profil Recherché 5 à 6 ans d’expérience en conseil en stratégie, Product marketing, ou rôle équivalent. Esprit analytique, rigueur, sens stratégique, et excellentes compétences de communication. Expérience ou appétence pour les environnements technologiques, SaaS ou régulés.
