**Position Summary**:
Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare NPPE, it is being part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous. You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at different level.

As a NPPE Distribution Strategist, you will lead a Purina EMENA Distribution Network Review to build a sustainable network to respond to the RBS and to deliver lower distribution costs.

**A day in the life of NPPE Distribution Strategist**:
Future Operations Landscape (FOL):

- Define, lead and be the custodian of the NPPE FOL for Logistics ensuring an appropriate and sustainable network is built and systematically reviewed in order to realise the most efficient RTM, aligned with the customer/channel needs and the NPPE Supply Chain and Manufacturing Strategy

Technical Master Plan (TMP):

- Lead the Logistics input for each TMP ensuring that the Logistics FOL required infrastructure is part of the scoping and part of the final CAPEX request. Ensure full support to the Strategic Engineers and the TMP process delivering the required actions in timely fashion.
- Ensure all Corporate/Zone Logistics stakeholders are well briefed on each CAPEX submission for a seemless sign off.

Develop Long Term Strategic Logistics Forecast:

- With the support of the Logistics Digital Engineer define and build the solutions to convert the NPPE Strategic Forecast into a Logistics language (warehouse capacity management, picking trends,..) to allow better infrastructure planning (space, customer solutions,...) as part of the FOL definition.

- 5 years relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role at market/ business environment
- Warehouse Management and Transportation or experience in any other relevant senior Supply Chain leadership role.
- Relevant operational experience at market/ business level, in the following areas is beneficial:

- Customer Service
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Technical & Production
- Purchasing
- Solid Experience in the management of projects such as: Distribution Network Redesign, High Performance Logistics, LER, LVS and Customer Logistics
- Commercial acumen
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Fluent in English
