Account Executive, SME & Growth, France at Airwallex Join us as an Account Executive in our founding French team based in Paris, working with the SME & Growth sales team to bring on new SME customers (50‑1000 employees). My focus will be on pitching, negotiating, and driving internal processes to set up successful partnerships. Drive to tackle complex, high‑visibility problems with exceptional teammates. What You’ll Be Doing Own the full sales cycle, managing territories from prospecting to close. Be accountable for increasing revenue and acquiring new clients. Represent Airwallex at client meetings and events (some travel required). Maintain meticulous CRM usage and forecasting. What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling technical products, with a track record of top performance in selling to SME customers in a competitive market. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products. Passionate about sales with a proven ability to develop and execute territory plans. Strong presentation and communication skills, especially for in‑person meetings with multiple stakeholders (CXO). Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi‑product sales. Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French (required). Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast‑paced environment. Strong interest in technology and deep understanding of the fintech space. We are working in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Paris office.
