Growth Marketing Manager Join to apply for the Growth Marketing Manager role at Zoī. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will directly report to the CRO & own Zoī’s digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media, content creation, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, particularly sales and product, to ensure our marketing efforts drive brand visibility, engage high‑value B2B clients, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities Identify, experiment, and develop growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users using data‑driven insights. Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and SEO to drive enterprise sales opportunities and direct engagement. Oversee SEM campaigns, including Facebook and LinkedIn, optimizing for lead generation and B2B sales targets. Develop targeted campaigns for enterprise clients showcasing Zoī’s preventive medicine solutions. Lead the creation and optimization of content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and landing pages to support lead generation and client engagement. Support virtual and in‑person events to drive pipeline generation and enhance brand awareness. Manage and optimize Zoī’s social media channels, driving engagement through strategic content and community building. Conceptualize and lead programs with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand credibility and advocacy. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Tableau. Oversee the marketing budget and work with external agencies. Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives. We're looking for +5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, SEO, and B2B campaigns, ideally in the medtech, healthtech, or tech industries. Demonstrated experience in managing search engine marketing, social media marketing, and implementing multi‑channel digital strategies across various platforms. Strong experience in content marketing, SEO strategy, and creating high‑quality, engaging content for business audiences. Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, working with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales targets. Ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary way with different team leaders to define the marketing strategy (legal, product, R&D, …). Demonstrate resilience and build a marketing strategy from scratch to achieve hypergrowth. Ability to innovate and think fast, going beyond the established vision of preventive medicine and positioning Zoī as the undisputed leader. Fluency in French and English is required. Why Zoī?
