The RoleYou’ll architect and drive forward the evolution of our Content Protection systems, bringing technical excellence to life both through writing code and inspiring your team to reach new heights.Your expertise will shape our technical direction as you:Collaborate with product and operations partners to transform challenges into opportunitiesMentor rising talent through meaningful 1:1sEstablish priorities that align our technical capabilities with business success Responsibilities and DutiesEstablished leader or ready to step up?We’re seeking a skilled practitioner, passionate about technology and eager to expand their impact and responsibilities.In this role, you will:Serve as our go-to authority on Content Protection system implementations Improve the technical excellence of the team by leading by example and coaching othersDesign and implement high-impact technical solutions aligned with modern architectural practicesProvide mentorship, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvementTranslate product needs into technical deliverables in coordination with stakeholdersMaintain a high standard of code quality and technical rigorFoster an environment of diverse perspectives, growth, accountability, and learning Contribute technical input to strategic decisions alongside product leads and senior peersLead a globally distributed team across multiple time zones (from UTC+6 to UTC–8) EssentialProven track record of solving complex technical problemsDeep understanding of software design patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture)Experience planning and leading projects that delivered measurable business/customer impactProficiency with both interpreted and compiled languages We use Python, Go, TypeScript, C#, and RubyExperience with relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouseComfortable with Linux server managementHands-on experience with: Containerization (e.g., Docker), Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ,Major cloud providers (AWS, GCP)Familiarity with: Front-end frameworks (e.g., React), Web crawling/scraping methodologiesCorsearch is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
