We are built on collaboration and mutual support, fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.**The role of our Senior Mechanical Design Engineers:**You will be part of the team behind all of our complex suspension components and sub-systems, taking ownership of your own designs with the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge.Your Challenge:* Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.* Support and Mentor less experienced Engineers* Responsibilities include but are not limited to: concept design and scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates, extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.**Who we want:**We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.It would be ideal if you had previous CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise.We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision.
