Join AXA Partners as a Senior Underwriter Travel and play a key role in setting the global standards for travel insurance, while driving the profitability and innovation of our offerings internationally What you’ll be doing: Define and implement underwriting and pricing guidelines for the Travel sector, ensuring their clear understanding and application worldwide. Analyze the performance of Travel portfolios, monitor profitability, and propose corrective actions (repricing, pruning). Support the underwriting of large international contracts by assessing risks, and validating prices and terms. Contribute to the development and simplification of Travel products and contracts within the transformation program. Lead the Travel underwriter community, sharing best practices and training teams to enhance their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistency and compliance of actions and processes. What you’ll bring: Minimum 8 years of experience in Travel insurance, underwriting, or financial analysis. Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and negotiating complex contracts. Analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English. Autonomy, commercial acumen, and ability to work effectively in an international team.
