Job Description:

Join AXA Partners as a Senior Underwriter Travel and play a key role in setting the global standards for travel insurance, while driving the profitability and innovation of our offerings internationally

What you'll be doing:
  • Define and implement underwriting and pricing guidelines for the Travel sector, ensuring their clear understanding and application worldwide.
  • Analyze the performance of Travel portfolios, monitor profitability, and propose corrective actions (repricing, pruning).
  • Support the underwriting of large international contracts by assessing risks, and validating prices and terms.
  • Contribute to the development and simplification of Travel products and contracts within the transformation program.
  • Lead the Travel underwriter community, sharing best practices and training teams to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistency and compliance of actions and processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Travel insurance, underwriting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and negotiating complex contracts.
  • Analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English.
  • Autonomy, commercial acumen, and ability to work effectively in an international team.
