This unique coverage is required to effectively implement technological and medical progress into practice.Roles and responsibilitiesDeployment of MOLIS lab products at customer sites, in new installations and also in the add-on area at existing customersParametrization and organization of the installed applications in close contact with the end users, the IT departmentCustomer care and trainingCan include project leading tasksRequired Skills And ExperienceA bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in the medical biology area or alternatively multiple years of experience in the same fieldPreferably experienced in the sector of public health or private medical laboratoriesDeep understanding of biology lab workflows, especially in specialized disciplines as microbiology, transfusion medicine, anatomo-pathology would be a big plusExperience in our LIS product MOLIS would be a big plusExperience in healthcare interface communication standards (ASTM, HL7, FHIR, ..) would be a big plusA team player, customer orientated and with good communication skillsLinguistic function : Fluent in German or Dutch or French English as the company wide languageExcellent ability to communicate easily by writing or speaking, including with technical and non-technical customers and employees regarding all organization aspectsWilling to travel and work on customer siteWilling to show regular presence in our main office in Barchon (Belgium) in order to learn, share experiences and organize project tasks with our different departments (Product Management, Development, Sales, Service and Support)Highly motivatedWhat we offerA stimulating position with creative challenges in a multinational environment.
