To reinforce our deployment team we are looking for a LIS (Lab information system) Deployment Application engineer / Project Manager.The companyCompuGroup Medical delivers software to improve health and the quality of life. Our goal is to understand and simplify the work of all medical care providers, supporting customers in storing, exchanging, and requesting information securely for over 25 years.We have 400,000 customers in 43 countries worldwide and aim to implement technological and medical progress into practice.ResponsibilitiesDeployment of MOLIS lab products at customer sites, including new installations and add-ons at existing customersParametrization and organization of installed applications in close contact with end users and the IT departmentCustomer care and trainingProject-leading tasks may be includedQualificationsA bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in the medical biology area or equivalent experienceExperience in public health or private medical laboratories is preferredDeep understanding of biology lab workflows, especially in microbiology, transfusion medicine, anatomo-pathology is a plusExperience with MOLIS is a plusExperience with healthcare interface standards (ASTM, HL7, FHIR, etc.) is a plusTeam player, customer-oriented with good communication skillsLanguages: Fluent in German or Dutch or French; English as company-wide languageExcellent written and spoken communication with technical and non-technical customers and colleaguesWillingness to travel and work on customer sitesWillingness to be regularly present at our main office in Barchon (Belgium) to learn, share experiences, and coordinate tasks with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Service and SupportHighly motivatedWhat we offerA stimulating position with creative challenges in a multinational environment, flexible workplace with room for development and personal initiativeAn attractive salary with additional benefits packageA balanced home/customer site/headquarter office work environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentHospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
