Our mission is to deliver superior performance in Detection, Recognition, and Identification (DRI) and to automate all or part of these functions through our onboard AI. We develop complete systems combining optronics, electronics, mechanics, and embedded software. In a fast‑growing market—the professional drone sector—we are looking for a Customer Integration Engineer responsible for ensuring the rapid and optimal integration of our products into our customers’ platforms. This role is key to customer satisfaction, shortening integration cycles, and Landroval’s commercial success. Job Description You have 8 to 10 years of experience in embedded software development or integration, ideally within the drone environment. You are familiar with, or have strong expertise in, the PX4, MAVLink, and QGroundControl ecosystems. Working closely with the sales team, you will be the primary technical interface between drone manufacturers and Landroval’s R&D teams. Your role will be to: Facilitate the integration and configuration of our payloads within customer ecosystems; Gather field requirements and issues and relay them to internal teams; Contribute to the continuous improvement of software services; Train users on the use and integration of our solutions. The position involves regular travel to customer sites (approximately 2 weeks per month), mainly within Europe. Main Responsibilities Ensure full integration of our stabilized cameras and embedded systems into customer drones (PX4 configuration, MAVLink, protocols, networking, etc.). Diagnose technical issues and support customers through commissioning. Propose software or hardware improvements based on field feedback. Write and maintain technical integration documentation. Train customer integrators, operators, or technical teams. Represent Landroval with drone manufacturers and help establish long‑term, trust‑based partnerships. Skills and Profile Technical Strong expertise in PX4, MAVLink, and QGroundControl. Solid knowledge of embedded software, networking, and system configuration. General understanding of architectures combining optronics, electronics, and mechanics. Ability to analyze, diagnose, and quickly resolve integration issues. Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service mindset. Ability to represent the company with partners. Autonomous, pragmatic, and adaptable.
