The Opportunity Temporary, six‑month role as Global Category Manager of Procurement, Technology. Quickly review SaaS agreements, assist with negotiations, process orders, and manage purchasing and contract tasks. Interface with key business partners and management, fostering trusted relationships with global stakeholders. Organized, process‑ and data‑driven with experience in: Redlining SaaS agreements, orders, and amendments. Processing and approving PR/POs. Understanding global company structure and legal requirements. Building cost analyses and calculating savings. Filing agreements and maintaining contract repositories. What You’ll Do Guide the company through the Procure‑to‑Pay process, including sourcing, contracting, purchase requests, and payment matching. Troubleshoot Procure‑to‑Pay issues daily with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and AP. Support all contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs. Review and redline contracts for financial and commercial risks. Identify best contract templates for each situation. Process high‑volume, quick‑turn agreements, balancing speed with escalation of larger risks. Negotiate commercial and payment terms. Streamline contracting issues and identify vendor MSA consolidation opportunities. Support all purchasing requests and troubleshoot vendor management issues. Help users create and submit POs. Approve POs and monitor P2P approvals daily. Troubleshoot payment issues. Contribute to standardized savings reporting and management reports. Help build, align, and teach global purchasing standards. What You Bring 1–5 years in a relevant Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing role. Fluent in English, balancing global and local requirements. Contracting experience with standard legal templates and redlining protocol. Mastery of P2P systems (Coupa, Basware), CLM systems (Ironclad), and Financial ERPs (NetSuite, MS Dynamics) preferred. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. IT Category experience preferred.
