Engineering Team Our stack includes Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL. What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life's big moments, reducing friction and delighting users. Innovative self‑service solutions that reduce operational costs and improve member satisfaction. Process note You may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization, depending on where we believe you will have the most impact. Who we’re looking for 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer. Ability to tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects. Design efficient systems and align with multiple teams. Mentor other engineers and lead crews. Contribute to hiring and assessment processes. Profile fit Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and willing to grow. Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork. Fluent in English (French a plus). At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
