Département Windows Edition Product / Workplace Engineering Finalité du poste Le / la Senior Workplace Engineer intervient au sein de l'équipe Windows Edition Product, responsable de l'intégration et du déploiement des postes de travail gérés via Intune. Il / elle participe activement à l'onboarding des entités du groupe, en assurant la configuration des profils utilisateurs, l'intégration des applications et le support technique associé. L'objectif principal du poste est de garantir la fiabilité, la sécurité et la performance du poste de travail dans l'environnement global du groupe. Missions principales Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des applications dans Intune : intégration, test, qualification et déploiement. Assurer le support technique de niveau 3 (L3) pour les incidents majeurs et problématiques complexes. Analyser, diagnostiquer et corriger les anomalies identifiées. Contribuer à l'évolution fonctionnelle du produit et au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Participer à la gestion du cycle de vie des produits Workplace au sein des entités locales. Produire et maintenir à jour la documentation technique relative aux déploiements et configurations. Livrables attendus Paquets applicatifs et configurations réalisés via Intune (WIP, VPN, etc.). Suivi, mise à jour et clôture des tickets SILVA. Rapports et tableaux de bord sur la sécurité, le parc d'équipements et les applications (via Intune / Log Analytics). Documentation détaillée des procédures, configurations et développements. Compétences indispensables Niveau d'anglais C1 (oral et écrit). Excellente capacité de rédaction et de formalisation technique. Maîtrise des solutions MDM, notamment Autopilot et Intune. Expertise dans la gestion des postes Windows. Compétences complémentaires appréciées Connaissance de Microsoft Endpoint DLP, SkyHigh Cloud Proxy, F5 Per-App VPN. Compréhension des méthodologies Agile / Scrum Profil recherché Ingénieur confirmé disposant d'une solide expérience dans la gestion des environnements Windows et des solutions MDM. Le / la Senior Workplace Engineer fait preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et d'un fort sens du service. Il / elle sait travailler en équipe, dans un environnement international et en évolution constante, et contribue activement à l'amélioration continue du poste de travail et des outils associés. #J-18808-Ljbffr
