About the Role Your mission is to act as the primary strategic liaison between Yibi Group and the world’s most prestigious luxury houses headquartered in Paris. You will lead negotiations to secure authorized licensing for "White-Space Categories"—premium lifestyle products not currently covered by the brands' core internal lines, such as Designer Small Appliances, Home Essentials, and High-end Tech Accessories. You will be responsible for pitching Yibi’s "Zero-Risk Expansion" model to brand owners, turning heritage into lifestyle extensions for the Chinese market. Responsibilities Strategic Brand Acquisition: Identify and initiate high-level dialogues with Licensing Directors and Heads of Brand Diversification at iconic French luxury houses. White-Space Category Pitching: Present compelling business cases for non-core category extensions, demonstrating how Yibi can elevate the brand's presence in the daily lives of Chinese consumers. HQ Relationship Management: Manage complex relationships across global marketing, legal, and licensing departments at brand headquarters in Paris. Market Advocacy: Leverage Yibi’s localized data to influence brand global strategy, highlighting opportunities within China’s Gen-Z, HNWI, and "Silver Economy" demographics. Omnichannel Strategy Execution: Articulate our unique ability to reach "invisible" elite consumers via private banking ecosystems and premium digital storefronts without diluting core brand value. Qualifications Industry Experience: 10+ years in Luxury Brand Licensing, Strategic Partnerships, or Global Business Development, ideally within major French luxury conglomerates (LVMH, Kering, etc.). Influential Network: An established, active network of senior decision-makers in the Parisian luxury and fashion ecosystem. Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of French "Art de Vivre" and the sensitivity required to propose brand extensions without compromising "Exclusivity." Cross-Cultural Mastery: Fluency in English and French; the ability to articulate China’s digital-first market logic to traditional European brand guardians. Negotiation Excellence: Proven track record of securing high-value licensing or partnership agreements within complex legal and royalty frameworks.
