We are looking for exceptional ‘go-getters’ who share our ambitious vision, innovative culture, high commitment to ethics, and enthusiasm for being the best possible place to work Our values Be Bold Be Curious Stronger Together Your responsibilities Reporting directly to Heather, our Legal Director, you will : Review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, procurement/vendor agreements and professional services contracts Serve as primary legal support for the French sales team (pre-sales, renewals, amendments) Triage incoming legal requests and meet SLA targets for turnaround times Coordinate with the Legal Director on escalations: complex IP clauses, regulatory issues and litigation Support procurement / vendor onboarding (negotiations, risk assessments, approvals) Keep accurate contract records in CLM/CRM and assist with contract reporting Liaise with Finance on billing, invoicing clauses, and approval workflows Work with outside counsel as needed and manage matter budgets for routine matters Provide ad hoc compliance support (data protection basics, local contract formalities).
