Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Trader to lead programmatic operations. This role involves full ownership of programmatic strategy, activation, optimisation, performance tracking and data integrity across multiple platforms. You will ensure best-in-class delivery across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Activation & Management Set up, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across key DSPs: The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, Xandr, Moloco and Smadex. Oversee all campaign steps including trafficking, QA, pacing management, audience strategy, bidding, inventory selection and format optimisation (display & video). Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory guidelines related to the online betting and gaming industry. 2. Performance Optimisation & Full-Funnel Strategy Optimise campaigns to deliver on KPIs across the funnel: Awareness: reach, qualified impressions, video completion rates Consideration: engaged sessions, quality traffic Conversion: app downloads, registrations, first deposits Test and implement new approaches (data segments, algorithms, supply strategies, deal IDs) to continuously improve ROI and efficiency. 3. Measurement, Analytics & Reporting Analyse campaign performance using: DSP dashboards Adserver data Site-centric measurement tools (GA4, Appsflyer) Produce clear, insightful reports with actionable takeaways for the UK-based client. Translate data into strategic recommendations to guide future planning. 4. Tagging Management & Conversion Event Governance Oversee proper implementation and quality assurance of all tracking pixels and tags. Audit, monitor and maintain site-centric pixels, ensuring accurate data flow across DSPs, adservers, and attribution tools. Manage and validate conversion event taxonomy, including: App installs Account registrations First deposits Key in-app events Collaborate with tech/data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure alignment between event signals and optimisation strategies. Guarantee that DSPs receive reliable event-based signals to power automated bidding and performance optimisation. 5. Client Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the senior programmatic point of contact for Kindred. Work closely with internal teams (data, analytics, creative, strategy) and the UK client teams. Communicate clearly and professionally in English on all strategic and operational topics. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong expertise across TTD, DV360 and Xandr. Deep understanding of tagging, tracking, pixel management and event-based measurement. Strong command of GA4, Appsflyer and adserver reporting. Advanced knowledge of programmatic optimisation strategies (bidding, segmentation, audience management, deal strategies). Soft Skills Highly analytical, data-driven mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
