Nous recherchons des traders programmatics pour une durée de 6 mois (renouvelable).

Description du poste :

Vos Missions

Mise en place des campagnes :

  • Configuration des campagnes programmatiques sur les principaux DSP (DV 360, amazon ads...)
  • Paramétrage des ciblages, enchères et formats adaptés aux objectifs des clients.
  • Veille à la qualité des créations publicitaires et au respect des spécifications techniques.

Opération Et Optimisation

  • Surveillance quotidienne des campagnes pour assurer leur performance.
  • Optimisation en temps réel des KPIs.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes créatives et stratégiques pour ajuster les leviers publicitaires.
  • Reporting et analyse :
  • Création de rapports clairs et exploitables pour les clients.
  • Analyse des résultats et recommandations d'amélioration pour les campagnes futures.

Profil recherché

Expérience

  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans en trading programmatique ou en gestion de campagnes digitales.
  • Bonne connaissance des principales DSP (Amazon Ads, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Anglais courant

Compétences Techniques

  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Connaissance des formats publicitaires (display, vidéo, natif, etc.) et des métriques clés.

Soft Skills

  • Rigueur et attention aux détails pour garantir des campagnes performantes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs campagnes en parallèle dans des délais serrés.
  • Excellente communication pour collaborer avec les clients et les équipes internes.
