The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructures focusing on virtualization engines and will be crucial in managing our Platform architecture with a reliable and cost-effective approach to host Brevo Platform products on top of our bare metal hosting provider (OVH).As a Senior Orchestration Platform Engineer specialized into virtualization engines, you will: Architect, build and maintain scalable and efficient virtualization platform such as KubeVirt, Harvester, KVM Architect, build and maintain the orchestration stack for virtualization provisioning, failure autoremediation and capacity planning through Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins Monitor and optimize the performance to ensure high availability and reliability using Fluentd, Prometheus and Grafana Contribute to mentorship, internal product roadmap definition, backlog refinement, architecture and implementation review inside the Orchestration team Manage and maintain capacity planning for the production-grade virtualization product Serve as a cornerstone between other Platform teams and divisions to understand virtualization requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Implement automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention Diagnose and resolve orchestration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures What will contribute to your success: Installation, setup & configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in production environments 24/7 Strong experience in open-source virtualization products (installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring) Strong experience with Linux environments on bare metal machines like OVH Strong experience in network backbone tuning and operations (IPAM, BGP, NAT, etc.) Strong experience using local and distributed storage for virtualization engines (storage pool and storage volume paradigms such as ZFS, Longhorn or CephFS) Experience with large-scale infrastructures including > 1000 VMs and > 10000 containers Proficient with CI/CD pipelines for Platform products Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills Experience with Cloud native orchestration platforms like Containers and Kubernetes Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks Experience in hybrid, on-premise and/or cloud-based architectures and services Experience in building a Platform as an internal Product Experience with workload orchestration such as ArgoCD or Flux is a plus What We Offer Meal vouchers - Swile (12,5 € per day) Excellent private health care, of which 70% is covered by the company RTT 50% Reimbursement of Navigo or bicycle mileage reimbursement Inter-office trips Work's council benefits (Leeto) Social, green and LGBTQIA+ committees to take care of environmental and social matters Several services related to prevention, health and personal and professional well-being on Welii platform Very competitive referral program Second parent leave: 1 month of fully paid leave Kids leave: additional time off if your children are sick and need you English classes, and over 155000 courses available on Udemy Budget to support your workspace at home Relocation package for international talents A brand new office in a central location with free fruits, drinks & lots of fun activities Sustainable Mobility Package if you choose to commute to work on a mechanical or electric bike ...and more Meet us A call with the Talent Acquisition team An interview with the Platform Orchestration Manager An interview with one of Platform System team member Last interview with the VP of Platform Brevo puts diversity and inclusion at the heart of its values.
