Requirements
- Experience in production, outsourcing management or vendor management in games or a related creative industry
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing several workstreams in parallel
- Excellent written communication : briefs, feedback notes, status reports
- Understanding of game art or content pipelines and what makes an asset production ready
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and its content pipeline, enough to discuss deliveries and integration with leads and vendors
- Comfort with production tooling (Notion, spreadsheets, task trackers)
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- An existing network of art or animation outsourcing partners
- A strong artistic eye and critical sense to review asset quality, with a solid 3D culture
- Passion for highly immersive worlds
- Hands on experience integrating content in Unreal Engine
