Join to apply for the Lead UX/UI Designer role at Veepee. Veepee is looking for a Lead of UX/UI for its Growth Marketing team. Attached to the Growth Director, the person will lead a team of UX/UI designers, define the UX vision for the front experience, and ensure the optimization of the customer journey on all Veepee sites, analyzing the performance of each step of the journey. Responsibilities UX/UI vision and strategy Define and deliver the UX/UI front vision of all Veepee sites and apps in collaboration with marketing, business, and tech teams. Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices, contribute to the improvement of platform performance, and rely on KPIs to monitor added business value. Source best practices and innovative solutions to address e‑commerce challenges, especially the flash‑sales model. Develop and maintain the group Design System. Act as the UX/UI referent for Veepee Group, sharing topics from top management to operational teams. Collaboration Business – Tech Work closely with business and product tech teams to propose aligned UX/UI solutions. Ensure the quality of business requests and tech deliveries to propose high‑performing evolutions. Participate in core animation of front topics, influencing tech roadmaps, project prioritization, and delivery validation. Leadership of the UX/UI team Manage the UX/UI designers team (5 people), providing support, mentoring, and development. Define and animate a performing organization (rituals, capacity management, planning). Ensure delivery quality and keep the team updated with current UX/UI trends and innovations. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as Head of UX/UI, mainly in e‑commerce environments. Learner who is able to influence others, positively manage change, and challenge creatively. Proactive, organized, autonomous, and able to move projects forward. Strong understanding of the e‑commerce universe, especially high‑traffic volumes. Results‑oriented with a capacity to identify weaknesses and improve processes. Comfortable working with diverse teams (IT, Data Science, Legal, Finance, Logistics, Commercial, Operational). Fluent level of English is a must. International experience is a plus. Team & Context The Marketing Growth team acquires new customers, retains existing ones, and improves the user experience across all channels. Team composition: 1 Head of SEO; 2 BPOs (business needs definition); 1 Product Analyst. Owner of front roadmaps and SEO strategy at group level, coordinating inputs from a wide range of teams, and leading initiatives from the Group Strategic Plan.
