Lead UX/UI Designer – Veepee Paris, Île-de-France, France Role Overview Lead of UX/UI for the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Growth Director, overseeing the UX/UI vision for Veepee front‑end experiences and optimizing the customer journey across all Veepee sites. Responsibilities Define and deliver the UX/UI front vision for all Veepee sites & apps in collaboration with business, marketing, and tech teams. Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices, contributing to platform performance improvements and monitoring assigned KPIs. Provide best practices and innovative solutions for e‑commerce challenges, especially the flash‑sale model. Manage the development and maintenance of the group Design System. Serve as the UX/UI referent for the Veepee Group, promoting clear and accessible sharing of UX/UI topics from top management to operational teams. Collaborate closely with Business and Product Tech teams to propose aligned UX/UI solutions that balance expectations and technical complexity. Guarantee quality of business requests and tech deliveries, proposing high‑performing evolutions. Participate in the core animation team for front‑end topics, shaping tech roadmaps, prioritizing projects, and validating deliveries. Lead the UX/UI designers team (5 people), providing support, mentorship, and development. Define and animate a performing organization for the UX/UI team (rituals, capacity planning). Maintain delivery quality and keep the team updated with the latest UX/UI trends and innovations. Must‑have Skills / Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as Head of UX/UI, focused on e‑commerce environments. Strong leadership ability, able to challenge, influence, and manage change positively. Proactive, organized, autonomous, and able to advance projects. Deep understanding of the e‑commerce universe, especially high‑volume traffic sites. Results‑oriented with a capacity to identify and improve weak processes. Comfortable working with diverse teams: IT, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, or operational. Fluent level of English required. International experience considered a plus. Team The Marketing Growth team focuses on acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and improving user experience across all channels. The team includes 1 Head of SEO, 2 BPOs (business needs definition), and 1 Product Analyst. Hiring Process Note We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
