Statut : Employé, Fonctionnaire Qui recrute ? Armée Missions Assurer la planification et superviser la gestion des stocks de munitions de l’Armée luxembourgeoise; Gérer les réapprovisionnements en munitions à travers des projets d'acquisition; Contribuer à la gestion du cycle de vie de tous les types de munitions employés au sein de l’Armée luxembourgeoise; Représenter l’Armée luxembourgeoise dans le cadre de coopérations multinationales dans le domaine des munitions; Superviser et coordonner des contrôles qualité dans le domaine des munitions. Profil Compétences techniques Des connaissances théoriques de base dans le domaine des munitions sont requises; Disposer d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles; Maîtriser les outils informatiques MS Office; Permis de conduire : B. Compétences comportementales Savoir gérer, administrer, organiser et être capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler de façon autonome et structurée; Donner l'exemple par la façon de se comporter et d'accomplir ses devoirs; Avoir un contact aisé tant avec les autorités militaires tant avec les associations et sociétés du milieu civil; Faire preuve de fiabilité et discrétion; S’intégrer facilement au sein d’une équipe; Être prêt à suivre des formations à l’étranger. Atouts Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de fabrication, gestion ou neutralisation de munitions; Connaissances dans le stockage de matières dangereuses; Une expérience professionnelle en lien avec la sécurité au travail; Disposer de connaissances en matière de marchés publics. Conditions d’admission Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l’employé de l’État. Si vous souhaitez postuler sous le statut du fonctionnaire, vous devrez au préalable avoir réussi l’épreuve d’aptitude générale (EAG). Les candidats ayant réussi à l’EAG restent admissibles aux épreuves spéciales pendant une durée de 5 ans (à compter à partir de la décision de la commission d’examen). Diplômes Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’État du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master d’ingénieur ou à orientation technique / scientifique ou de son équivalent. Le grade ou diplôme requis doit correspondre au moins au niveau 7 tel que défini par le Cadre luxembourgeois des qualifications . Expérience Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine. Langues Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1. Nationalité Vous avez la nationalité luxembourgeoise. Le titulaire devra obtenir une habilitation de sécurité du niveau secret (loi modifiée du 15 juin 2004 relative à la classification des pièces et aux habilitations de sécurité) #J-18808-Ljbffr
