Description du posteNous recherchons un(e) Head of Engineering pour piloter la team des tech de la BU Emploi (5 squads, 20 développeurs). Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration des équipes, l'amélioration des process, et la qualité des produits.Vos missionsDiriger et encadrer les développeurs et tech leads.Définir et implémenter la stratégie IT sur l'ensemble des produits (back-end, front-end, SEO, CRM, data).Optimiser la performance des équipes et la qualité des développements (webperf, SLA, tests automatiques).Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Sales, Marketing.Promouvoir une culture Lean et orientée résultat (« Get Things Done »).Assurer une veille technologique (IA, innovations pertinentes).Qualifications8 ans d'expérience en développement web avec un rôle opérationnel en management d'équipes tech (5 ans minimum).Connaissance des environnements web / mobile et des enjeux marketplace / B2C.Leadership naturel et compétences en communication.Vision stratégique tout en restant très « hands‑on ».Expertise sur les best practices (dev, qualité, perf).Pourquoi nous rejoindreChez Figaro Classifieds, nos valeurs Conquête, Proximité, Confiance nous poussent à toujours viser l'excellence.
