Your goal is to be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful to them.Improving Alan—besides answering questions you’ll work on projects to implement better processes and tools, and to contribute to product improvements through analysis and suggestion.Grow and learn—join a fast–growing company that puts the member at the heart of healthcare. You’ll help build, nurture and enhance the team on a daily basis.JOIN THE CARE TEAMYOU WILL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOUHave 2+ years of experience in a customer‑support, education or communication role.Are bilingual in English and Dutch.Have a passion for caring for members and solving their problems.Love written communication.Are comfortable with computers and technology.Have an empathetic mindset.Are motivated and entrepreneurial.Have enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching.Bonus: knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system (we’ll teach you if you don’t).Everything else you know is a plus We want our team to be made up of a diversity of experiences and backgrounds.GOOD TO KNOWWe aim to hire full‑time within the A2‑B1 level range.Insurance is a regulated profession; agents in contact with the public must pass a basic insurance knowledge test within the first year (some exemptions apply).
