Tes missions Soutenir la stratégie (avec le CEO) Challenger et formaliser la stratégie business et marketing études de marché, veille concurrentielle, tests d’offres, pricing, allocation budgétaire coordination de prestataires (brand, growth, RP…) Aider à préparer les board packs, notes stratégiques et présentations investisseurs Participer à la construction du discours public (pitchs, conférences, communication corporate) Structurer la croissance (avec le COO) Poser les fondations d’une organisation scalable : org chart, process, outils, rituels managériaux Piloter le plan de recrutement : chasser, interviewer, onboarder les nouveaux talents Piloter la structuration de l’entreprise avec les ressources internes et externes cabinet RH externe, responsable administratif et financier, office management Mettre en place et améliorer les outils internes (CRM, Notion, reporting, OKR…) Conduire des projets transverses Contribuer activement aux levées de fonds et au suivi des investisseurs Piloter les appels à projets publics (BPI, programmes européens, etc.) Gérer des chantiers de structuration stratégique (nouvelles marchés, nouvelles offres, partenariats) #J-18808-Ljbffr
