Digital & Data is central to their vision: building leading digital healthcare platforms, accelerating drug discovery, and enhancing patient outcomes through data, AI, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities Work with cross‑functional teams to build and maintain scalable data pipelines. Design and optimize ETL processes in AWS for data transformation, ingestion, and governance. Enable integration of regulatory data into the Knowledge Graph. Support ML workflows by providing clean, structured data and deploying models into production. Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and data privacy standards. Contribute to DataOps and MLOps best practices using GitHub CI/CD, Airflow, and containerized deployments. Qualifications You are a proactive Data Engineer with experience delivering reliable data pipelines, driving automation, and supporting analytics and AI initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You are collaborative, solutions‑focused, and committed to data quality, governance, and security. Experience & Skills Strong background in automation, data models, and query optimization. Experience with compliance and cybersecurity; healthcare industry exposure is a plus. Proficient in AWS, SQL, data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), and Python or R. Familiar with GitHub, PowerBI/Tableau, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk). Knowledge of real‑world healthcare data (EHR, Claims) and standards (OMOP, FHIR). Excellent communication, problem solving, and team collaboration skills. Education & Languages Degree in computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Fluent in English and French.
