Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible Your role We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager who will be tasked with the provision of advice on new and complex transfer pricing topics, ranging from advices to business, audits, projects, documentation and APAs. Key to the success in this role will be both the Transfer Pricing technical skills and the ability to engage with key/senior stakeholders both within the business, the finance community and the tax team. Main responsibilities Oversight on EssilorLuxottica's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issues Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation and agreements to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations Conducting regular internal review of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments Providing advice on transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives Developing, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policies Supporting transfer pricing audits and APAs, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing Main requirements At least 5 years of experience in Multinational Group and/or Consulting Firms (Law Firm, Big 4 or equivalent) with focus on Transfer Pricing and Italian tax law Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously on an international basis Solid experience with Office packages, with strong ability with excel Fluency in English as a must Other Languages, French, as a plus What’s in it for you Access to our cutting-edge learning platform, Leonardo, and personalized development programs to help you grow professionally and personally.
