Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Member Lifecycle Alan’s vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. About the Team The Member Lifecycle team transforms how members navigate their health‑insurance journey. We build a global onboarding platform serving over 1 M members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, and deliver smart automation for major life events that reduces friction and improves satisfaction. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain a global onboarding platform using Python/Flask, React, React Native and PostgreSQL. Create innovative self‑service solutions that lower operational costs while enhancing member experience. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to turn complex insurance moments into simple user experiences. Qualifications 3+ years of software‑engineering experience. Strong OOP skills, especially in Python, Java or C#. Experience building modern web and mobile applications with JavaScript and React. Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus.
