Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – AI Health Assistant Alan’s vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment. We’re building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. About the Mo Team The Mo team is on a mission to build Mo, your health companion: an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM‑based conversational AI assistant that can prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care. Since 2023 we have moved from R&D to testing real products with real users and are preparing to scale fast. What You’ll Work On Create a memorable chatting experience for Mo. Scale our systems to serve up to a few million members by 2026. Integrate Mo with Alan’s other services (digital chat, location maps, prevention programs, etc.). Extend our architecture to support future chapters of Mo (add context, new skills, support additional countries). Who We’re Looking For Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who are excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems for real‑world, high‑stakes problems in healthcare. Responsibilities Work at the frontier of LLMs, multi‑agent architectures, and human‑in‑the‑loop learning, seeing your work deployed in production. Implement new capabilities for Mo across engineering, data, and medical expertise. Build consistent scaling from thousands to millions of active members. Influence system architecture and code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help grow the team. Qualifications Strong background in software engineering and systems architecture, especially front‑end to back‑end. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML‑dev‑ops is a plus. Product‑mindset – solutions that are used and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, and collaborative. Fluent in English; French not required. Perks & Benefits Fair rewards – generous equity package. Flexible office options; remote or full‑remote with equipment sponsorship. Top‑tier equipment (MacBook Pro, monitor, noise‑canceling headphones, etc.). Flexible vacation and working hours. Comprehensive health insurance for you, your children, and 90–100% coverage for partners. Country‑specific commuter benefits. Learning & training opportunities with free books and conference budget. Coaching culture with a dedicated coach from day one. Parental leave – extended for all new parents. Additional Notes We hire people, not roles. If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Everyone, including underrepresented groups, is welcome. Seniority: Mid‑senior level. Employment type: Contract. #J-18808-Ljbffr
