What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. Join a team redefining what insurance interactions should feel like Process & Position We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience. You may ultimately join a different area of the organization depending on fit. We’re looking for 3+ years of engineering experience within a C1‑F level role. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to tackle high‑impact projects. Design efficient systems and engineering practices across teams. Mentor and lead other engineers, shape hiring. Strong foundation in Object‑Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C#) and modern JavaScript web technologies. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, humble. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork. Fluent in English (French ideal). At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
