As an Associate Solutions Architect (m/f/d), you will support our team in the design and implementation of customised solutions for the media industry. Our customers are TV and radio stations as well as production houses that depend on innovative and reliable broadcast systems. As part of a motivated and experienced team, you will develop technological solutions that meet the requirements of modern media operations.Your TasksSupport in the development and implementation of broadcast systems for TV and radio studiosParticipation in analysing the technical requirements of our customers and deriving solution proposalsSupport in the creation of technical concepts and architectures for customised systemsCollaboration with internal teams and external partners to fulfil project requirementsTechnical support for installations, configurations, and testing of broadcast hardware and softwareDocumentation of solutions and creation of training materials for customersAttending customer meetings and supporting the sales team with technical adviceYour ProfileCompleted studies in the field of Media Technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a similar qualificationInitial experience with broadcast technologies and systems, ideally in TV or radio studios, is an advantageBasic knowledge of IP networks and IT infrastructures are an advantageInterest in further development as a solutions architect and enthusiasm for modern media technologiesAnalytical mindset, ability to work in a team and strong communication skillsWillingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and systemsGood written and spoken German skills (for Cologne) / French skills (for Paris) and English skillsWe offerTraining and Continuing EducationFlexible Working HoursEmployee EventsEmployee BonusesCorporate BenefitsParking LotSport and Fitness OptionsJob BikeGroup Accident InsuranceGood Traffic ConnectionCapital Accumulation PlanHybrid WorkCompany Pension PlanCompany LaptopAbout QvestQvest provides holistic support to companies worldwide in their further development in the context of digital transformation.
