We operate a comprehensive career development programme with mentoring and training plans to help you grow your career at Hitachi.Position OverviewWe are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for a CE Solution Architect to join us on our journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.Key responsibilitiesAssisting customers to maximise returns on their Dynamics investmentDeveloping long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidenceWorking directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processesDemonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulated programme strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CE365/CRM & related applications and technologiesUtilising specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics / CRM product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients’ articulated business strategyProviding solution demonstrationsDeveloping original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and proceduresDesigning bespoke solutionsDocumenting the Programme Solution DesignSupporting Lead Consultants in their review of functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changesActing as the single point design authority between Solution Architects so that solutions can be developedGuiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keeping them informedSharing knowledge with other project team members or other Hitachi Solutions consultantsExecute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd’s Quality Management PolicyQualifications / Key competenciesDeep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE365 / CRM solutions & integrationsExperience of developing customised solutions to complex business problemsDemonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experienceStrong working knowledge of Solution and Integration DesignRelevant Microsoft certificationsExcellent documentation and communication skillsA logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritiseGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detailThe role requires travel; all applicants must be willing to travel on-site at client offices or in all our offices across Europe when necessary.Additional informationDiversity and Inclusion at Hitachi SolutionsDiversity is our innovation and growth engine.
